90-Day Limited Consumer Warranty to the Original Purchaser

1. For a period of 90 days from the original purchase date, your product is warranted as a consumer product to the original consumer purchaser.

2. The product is warranted against defective materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover batteries. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged due to misuse unreasonable use neglect accident internal calibration tampering improper and unauthorized service or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.

3. Any implied warranties arising from the sale, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a part of a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the above 90-day period. 4. During the above 90-day warranty period, if the case fails to work properly when used under normal conditions, we will repair, or at out option, replace it free of charge. You must pay for the cost of sending the product to us. We will pay for the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product to you.
